This location has the friendliest of workers. They were so accommodating and helpful as I was ordering for 5 kids. They were so kind and even checked up on us while eating so we didn’t need to get up and ask for anything. I was so impressed with every worker encountered there. Fast food style places have been a struggle around here , but this place is an exception.

I’m not one for writing reviews but this place deserves it. It was clean…very clean. The girl behind the counter, Destiny, had a warm welcoming presence and was patient with me as it was my first time at McAlisters. I ordered a Jalapeno Turkey Crunch and not long was my order ready. The food was not like fast food….it looked delicious, tasted fantastic, and overall was healthy, filling and satisfying. I will definitely come back and urge others to check it out. By far one of my best experiences. The one that I usually go to on Skibo was out of my sherry shallot dressing so I decided to give this location a try. This will absolutely become my new location. Only downside is they don’t deliver, but you can not beat the amazing customer service. Food was amazing. I ordered the savannah chopped salad. Thank you to all of the ladies that were working today. From the front counter to the kitchen staff everyone was amazingly pleasant.

The restaurant was very clean and cashier was pleasant but engaged in unnecessary chatter with customers in front of me. Then she and a coworker almost argued about who left the windows down on her car as it had started raining, and left customers at the counter to go outside and raise the windows!! My order was missing an item but the food I did get was good. I was offered a drink because they realized they dropped the ball on customer service. I will go back because the food was good.
