Our waitress was excellent and hustled the whole time we were in the restaurant to take care of her tables. The food was pretty much what you would expect at an airport TGI Friday’s, so no surpeises there. The high traffic has taken its toll on tables, chairs and decor as things looked a little beat up and I would say the restaurant could have been a little cleaner too. All that said, the whiskey cheeseburger and fries hit the spot and the drinks did as well.

Here on a busy Monday morning and was seated right away and service was quick. Pretty standard fair and had a SW veggie omelet that was pretty good. Love the giant coffee cup. Some places have a small cup that takes forever to get refilled.

Haven’t been to Fridays in a really long time. Didn’t expect much since it was an airport restaurant but 2 1/2 hour wait and we could sit and not scarf down food so we gave it a shot. Nice surprise. Servers were some of the hardest working people around. They did a super job. We got a cheeseburger and slider plate. Not bad at all. Enjoyed it.

I had breakfast for the first time in TGIF HARTSFIELD/JACKSON airport. Chicken and waffles and it was delish. They have some type of crunchy cinnamon within the waffle and it is great. Washed it down with a Peach Sangria. The service was immaculate I had Ms. Courtney and she was absolutely awesome! Thank you!

Food was great when we finally got it, ordered center cut sirloin medium rare. Steak came out fully cooked. Server was not attentive, did not come back to check on us. Asked for a refill on our waters and he never returned. What you’d expect from an airport restaurant.

I mean I get it’s an airport restaurant so service isn’t gonna be top tier due to it being pretty busy with people constantly coming and going, but it took a pretty good amount of time before I got drink refills. Food was decent, but for some reason the walkway between the front and the back set of seats smelled REALLY funky, and not in a good way. Other than that and higher than normal pricing (10 bucks a beer) it was alright.

I was there for breakfast, I understand that the airport environment is different. Basically, a high turnover of customers. Anyway, I was pleasantly greeted by my server, she took my order and bought me coffee. She never came back to my table after that. My food was bought out by someone else, who accidentally spilled half of my coffee when putting my food on the table. She quickly cleaned up the spill, the part that was disturbing. She never refilled my coffee after cleaning the spill.
