We stopped at Popeyes because my husband wanted to try the new Blackened Chicken. He ordered the Spicy variety and I ordered the regular. While, my husband enjoyed his sandwich I was less than impressed. I found the chicken too tough with way too much mayo. We also ordered 2 medium unsweetened teas which, we received with no ice or the ice melted. It was obvious that the young lady at the window didn’t want to be at work. She didn’t greet us and barely looked us in the eye. We had to pull up to wait while our order was prepared. No problem but, the young lady who brought it out to us and was less than friendly. She didn’t even say, Thank you. Perhaps, I expect too much. Don’t know if we’ll return.

I arrived at 7:50PM. Ordered the classic chicken sandwich only and headed home. Food was ready within a couple minutes. The sandwich was interesting. Since this is the 1st time I have tried. The chicken was very moist and the outside was very crunchy. Top brioche bun was very soft like a croissant and the bottom bun was hard and firm like a dry bagel. There were a couple sliced dill pickles and mayonnaise sauce. I rated a 3 as this place has friendly and helpful staff. The person before me required additional information and order taker was patient in body language and demeanor. The sandwich should have a firm and moist brioche bottom and it should not be hard.

They are always pretty nice customer service wise. I’ve had a couple of hiccups on my order or it’s not as hot as I would like. Overall fast and friendly, just be sure not to be in a rush and double check your order.

I see all these bad reviews. This place don’t even deserve Stars the manager is very disrespectful and she always tries to over talk you and she always tries to tell you that you’re lying. I just got off the phone with her and ordered food from them two weeks ago and she tells me that I’ve called the store multiple times every week trying to get free food when I cannot even stand Popeyes I buy it for my kids she tells me that she knows my last name and she looks on caller ID and the caller ID says my last name what a coincidence. This store is whack the food is horrible the quantity is horrible the manager is racist and needs to be fired from the store she don’t care about nothing but herself not customers not even her employees. I would never recommend this restaurant to anybody not even my family not even my pets.

I had placed a small online order the night before last, which I couldn’t pick up due to being unwell. When I explained the situation to Elizabeth at the drive-through window, she asked for the receipt. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the receipt in my email at that moment, but I showed her the transaction details from my bank statement, which included the date, location, and amount charged.

Great experience in this location, the staff was friendly and very professional, also my order was right and very fresh and good quality. I always love to recommend the places where I go and say how I felt and really this place is very excellent to be able to eat inside or to take our food to our relatives. I really recommend this Popeyes.
