The customer service here is awful. The child they have working can’t be 12 and she got the orders totally wrong. When I tried to get it fixed the (I’m presuming) dad was extremely rude and yelled and cussed at me. We got a chimichanga that wasn’t cooked, and a carne asada burrito that didn’t have any carne asada in it. See pics.

Breakfast burritos are awesome. We order them quite a bit for our crew. Street tacos are pretty good. Only had a few other dishes, they weren’t bad. The only downside we’ve come across is the kid taking the orders. She messes up the orders frequently, and if you try saying something to her, she either argues with you or is rude about it. If you try talking to her parents, you are met with much of the same. I am happy to support one of our local businesses, but it’s a very unprofessional place.

After several visits, it’s time for a review. This is a solid little out-of-the-way eatery. If you are looking for fine Mexican dining, this is not the place – remember you are in a family-run place in a small town in Eastern Idaho; if you want good food and small-town charm for a decent price, this IS the place.

I was there several years ago and the food was great. I recently visit and grabbed a spicy pork burrito and it was very bland no seasoning on the meat rice inside tasted dull asked for extra cilantro and onion I had near to none of either. Fast service and very friendly host. Small portion for a burrito, but ok in price

Never again. I normally don’t leave a bad review, but this was awful. I waited 40 minutes for my order asking twice where it was. 20 minutes in I was first told the line of people behind me ordered before me. 35 minutes in I was then told it was sent home with someone else and they were sorry. I asked for a refund and to just leave and they wouldn’t do that. I then had to wait longer for my order so a total of 50 minutes. I understand being short staffed. But being rude and unaccommodating when it’s your fault is not good. Save the hassle and drive to the one in Rexburg, it’s fantastic

STAY AWAY! We were excited to try this place, being new to Rigby and loving a good taco shop. WORST DECISION! A little girl took our order. We sat there to wait. Other people who ordered after us were getting their food. Half hour goes by and the dad who kept looking at us told the little girl to ask if we ordered yet. We said yes….so she goes back and we hear all these dishes crashing and yelling. My husband went up to the dad and asked NICELY if everything is ok or is there a problem with our order. The dad yelled at him “I’m Busy!” And my husband said “hey why are you being rude I’m a paying customer” the dad starts yelling and cussing, called my husband a mother ******, and got in his face like he wanted to fight. His eyes were bloodshot red and he kept yelling “see my eyes? See my eyes” the mom came running out and cussed at us also, and told us to leave. I had a 5 year old with me who was crying and so scared. This whole event left her traumatized. There were other patrons with kids in there as well. His child he had working wasn’t older than 10 and witnessed her parents acting this way. Rigby seems like such a nice town but this whole experience has us questioning our first impression.

Appalled at the customer service and gross food served here. A little child took my order, and it was wrong. When I asked to have it corrected the one adult working argued with me about it and wouldn’t fix it. Instead of continuing to argue with them in a restaurant that had other patrons, I took the food home to eat it. It was horrible, flavorless, soggy and cold. I’ve read through a few other bad reviews and it seems this is an ongoing issue with them. I thought I’d give them a chance and try to support a small, local business. I regret that decision. I’d stay away from this place if I were you.

Absolutely wonderful and huge portions! Come hungry! Taste was extremely good. Happy to have a good Mexican restaurant that we can sit down to eat at in Rigby. I will most definitely return! Ordered the smothered verda burrito and smothered macho burrito. Excellent

Friendly and quick service. Definitely felt welcome! They follow some great sanitary precautions; offering hand sanitizer to all who enter, and they wear masks. Food was good.
