We just checked our carry out order and found a possibly half-eaten pepperoncini pepper next to our pizza. Upon calling the Scottsburg store, a man named Gabe answered and said, “Sometimes we receive stems. I assure you that none of our employees took a bite of your pepper.” He then hung up on me. I can possibly buy that they receive stems of peppers, though why would a stem be placed in a box as 1 of of the 2 peppers? Anyway, due to him hanging up on me, we’ll never be patronizing a Papa Johns again. Our experience has been reported to corporate.

If your sole responsibility at this establishment is to craft such a delectable pie, the least you can do is learn read your customers order of toppings to make it right. Maybe 5-8 toppings max and it’s all printed on the box! All you have to do is read it. You’re not rocket scientists, you’re not electrical engineers…. You make pizza…..

Place is always clean, fast, and mostly friendly. I enjoy the employee conversations. They always crack me up. The new bowls for the poppers are awesome. It kept my sauce in and I could shake it to recoat any that weren’t to my liking. The holes even fit the fork I asked for which they had?! The papa bowls have saved me so much on paper towels. Thanks for getting those so you have forks. Will return.

Probably the best Papa John’s in our area I’ve never been in a better one! The customer service was excellent!!! The order was exactly what I wanted and cooked to perfection. I especially enjoyed the delivery driver who was extremely punctual friendly and communicative.

It was ok but only pizza place that tears my stomach up wish the jalapeno popper rolls were mild jalapenoes the heat over powers the taste i threw away my order after 2 rolls. Otber then that theyre quick with the order papadias wasnt that great stick with the pizzas softer crust more toppings taste better. Other then that it was decent.

Terrible! I see some of the reviews and cannot believe someone actually gave this location 4 stars. My experience was nothing close to 4 stars. I ordered a medium thin crust with sausage & pepperoni. It had very little sausage with about 7 little pieces of pepperoni!! PJ commercials speak of the high quality ingredients. Not this location. I will buy a frozen pizza next time I want pizza. Wow

This was just plain embarrassing. Ordered a pizza for delivery, I waited 2 hours for my pizza and wings. Its never came. So I go to the store and they only had 2 people working, never did get my pizza and wings I ordered. Instead I got a bunch of random food handed to me and that was about it. It was overall an awful experience.
