If I could give it zero stars I sure would hardly anything on the buffet and what was there was sitting there for who knows how long they asked if we wanted something made and out of the two pizzas we requested they made one and they also made some fresh chicken and dumped it in with the old stuff then within twenty minutes of being there a employee comes to the table and asked if we were done with the buffet because it was supposed to be done already then why did you ask us if we wanted the buffet when we walked in I wouldn’t eat at this location again

Pizza and salad bar was very good, but was not well stocked. Came at noon on a Saturday and there was hardly any pizza on the buffet. They brought out a cheese pizza 20minutes later, but half the pizza was just sauce, the cheese had slid off. Then another 7 minutes later they brought out a dessert pizza and another cheese pizza. Great staff and quality of food, just not enough food.

Very disappointing, whether or not you’ve been to a more legit Pizza Ranch location. Cost is high for the selection. Pizza was under cooked, crust very doughy, not fully cooked. Slices not cut all the way. Food is located so close to where people walk in and pay. Not clean. The cup I received for beverage was dirty. The salad bar did not look remotely appetizing. The ‘fried food’ area was in sad shape. The grease could be smelt from any table.

Took the family here for lunch buffet. Got there at 11:15. Had to wait quite some time for pizza. There was no chicken breasts (all we eat), so I asked if they’d make some. They said they’d drop some down right away. Asked at 11:45 if it was coming out soon, and they said it was almost done. Decided to leave at 12:10 since there was no signs of it coming out. This was an expensive lunch since I had 1 piece of pizza, lettuce (dry since there wasn’t fat-free dressing), green beans, and corn. Very disappointed!! Sorry to say we probably wont return. It’s worth the time to drive half hour to Hutchinson for a great dining experience.

Not a good Pizza Ranch. It is extremely small if you are used to other Pizza Ranches, yet it still costs the same. We could go to many restaurants for less than we spend here. The dessert pizza is usually gone as soon as it comes out because the whole place is waiting for it. The way it is set up is really inconvenient with a bottle neck of people arriving, people getting drinks, people getting food, people paying, and people trying to leave all.in the same area. I will give a shout out to the servers though, have yet to meet an unhappy one. The food is okay. Not always hot and not nearly as many choices as other Pizza Ranches and the chicken is usually over cooked and dry. The only reason we return once in a while is because we live in the area and the choices are very limited. We come back every 9 months or so because we forget how expensive it is for what you get.

Giving this place only 2 stars. Though the pizza was delicious, we ordered carry out and they brought us the wrong order. They had to go back to the kitchen to make us the right pizzas. We had to wait over half an hour to get our pizzas. Would recommend eating there but not carry out.

It gets 1 star because it was quiet. Other than that, nothing to write home about. The pizza was dried out and hard. Pretty sure 1 of the 3 employees there was very much under the influence. It was also extremely warm and uncomfortable. I recommend going anywhere else.

The lady that took care of us was next level good. We were there on Thursday night, 8/23 and she knew we wanted cheese sticks and she brought them to our table when they were ready. We then saw her at the Legion car show. Thanks nice lady.

Have gone here multiple times and the best time to go is during peak buffet hours only. They dont always have a good selection and are slow at putting new food out after its empty. Most if the employees don’t seem to care about their work though but the few that do are great.

Pizza ranch is a great place but they are super busy during dinner on fridays and lunch on the weekends. They are a buffet but sometimes, especially during known busy hours, they can run out of what you want leaving you to wait until there is more to come out. And sometimes if it is a high commodity there, such as desert pizza, it may be almost gone as soon as they get it out there. With that being said I’m not saying don’t go just think about when you go and request a pizza be brought to your table so you know you have what you want.
