Service was VERY slow. I asked for 3 large mocha iced coffees with 2 creams and 2 sugars. They forgot the mocha and the sugar! I didn’t complain, instead I smiled and tried to show kindness because everyone makes mistakes. The guy that took my payment and handed me my drinks didn’t say one word to me, despite my friendliness.

The bagels could have been toasted longer, they weren’t crunchy at all. The inside of the store was super cold probably so nobody would eat inside the restaurant. Other than that the food came quick and wasn’t bad! The Iced Peak coffee thing was one of the best coffee drinks I’ve ever had.

plenty of employees running the joint, so they had help, they were running the drive-thru and there were customers behind me in line as well, but I ordered an EVERYTHING bagel, I got a RAISEN bagel it looked like it was chopped in half by an ape, the bottom half of the bagel was about 23% of the whole bagel. It was a sweaty bagel. It was a wet sandwich, the cheese was leaking out the side like hot molasses, through the bag it sweat, and i was without napkins. I asked for an everything bagel again, and it was perfect. Perfect cut bagel 50% 50%, the egg was perfectly round, the cheese was perfectly melted. They need to add steak though. Pork isn’t good for you. Rushed employees = poor quality food
