The food was delicious. We went on a Saturday around 6:00 pm and they were a bit busy with takeout but we dined in and it was a nice experience. We ordered the benachin rice and lamb and it was great. Definitely will come back for that.

It was good. The Suya was very flavorful with a nice amount of spice, not for ppl who don’t like spice. I also had the chicken which was amazing, it was smoked with great seasoning. I also had some stew with beef and fufu which was good too especially because it was my first time as an adult. The Jollof was also really good but a lil dry for my preference. It’s not a huge portion of food and there isn’t like a small plate or kid’s menu so not great to share. I would recommend and would eat again.

My family and I enjoyed the food and service! We tried the traditional Jollof rice, Fufu, Egusi, Beef stew, Tilapia, Snapper and Grilled Chicken dishes. All hot and delicious! We’ll be back!

A taste of Togo! The suya was tasty… not as spicy as I am used to. But they brought I pepper sauce with the main entree and it was loaded with fire power. As soon as it touched my tongue the heat went straight to the back of my head. We had chicken with some fried yucca that was delicious! Overall, it was a hit! I can’t wait for the next round!

Always a great experience. Food is delicious and service is good. I’ve tried a few different dishes (Turkey Tails, Lamb, Cassava Soup, etc), but my go-to is the Egusi and Fufu. Soooo good! I order from here at least once a week and the quality remains consistent. Would highly recommend!

The food was so good!! I ordered pepper soup, Egusi, Jollof Rice, Chicken Yaas. It was a bit pricey for the meal but worth every penny if you haven’t gone please do visit you won’t be disappointed.

Tens across the board! I’m vegan so I always have a hard time finding restaurants that cater to my needs. Le Nouveau Marquis did not disappoint. I ordered Egusi with Fufu and Jollof rice with plantain. AMAZING!!!! It came out quick and hot! I also got their house made sorrell and my mind was literally blown after the first sip at how good it tasted. If you’re thinking about it, just go. You won’t be sorry.

I can honestly say that I love Le Noveau Maquis. One of the best African restaurants in Atlanta and great service anytime I go and sit in the restaurant. My favorites from here are the cassava leaves, potato leaves, tilapia. My problem with this establishment is that there is always something wrong with my order every other time I order from Uber eats. Something is always missing. There have been times I’ve ordered extra rice and the extra rice is missing. Asked for utensils and the utensils are not there (what if I was getting food delivered to a place that had no extra silverware on hand???). Asked for pepper sauce and it is also missing. The other day I ordered onion sauce to go with my order and it was not included. And yesterday, I ordered Thieb rice with chicken yassa (which is an additional charge) and was given white rice . This establishment would be perfect if they would just double check and triple check the orders to make sure they are correct before handing them to the Uber drivers. I could see if something was wrong once or twice when I order, but it’s literally every other time and it’s frustrating.
