Placed a drive thru order yesterday. No one in line. Pulled up. Paid. A different girl came back 15 mins later with our cold food. She said “we forgot about you” and closed the window. Now, if you’re gonna charge restaurant prices $15.69 for a double and a single cheeseburger you better offer better service. The pandemic is over, don’t wanna hear anymore excuses. I’m not going back, that’s for sure. .

apparently only one lady was working I ordered one shake then a car pulled up behind me. They made me pull around and wait 10 minutes while helping two other people that were behind me before helping me terrible service. will never return and won’t recommend come here

My dad ordered hamburgers at this location and asked them to make them meat and bread only. He said it several times. The cashier handed him his receipt and walked off. He noticed cheese was added on the receipt, so he reminded her apologetically that he said no cheese. The cashier got annoyed and told him to pull forward and they would bring out a new order. They didn’t, so he went inside to ask about it. He was given what he thought were new burgers and even checked one to make sure. He came home and ate one and got horrendously sick.
