This used to be my favorite place to come eat Spam masubis but they gotten worst over time. I understand trying to save money but the Rice to spam ratio is a complete rip off, almost $4 for the thinnest slice of spam on a masubis that I’ve ever seen .

I am usually very satisfied with the food but this time I was very disappointed. I got my order and the first thing I noticed that the macaroni salad has gone bad. It tasted rancid. It touched some of my meat and half of the rice. I called to let them know and all they said was sorry I am just a cashier. Asked for a manager and responded that they were not in today. I asked them when they will be there and their response was I don’t know. No offer to replace or to give e me a call back or nothing. I may not trust them again if I get sick.

I’ve been a customer for not that long but I’m very satisfied. They haven’t had any of my orders wrong. What had me going there was their hamburgers, they taste homemade from a grill. I eventually started to venture into other dishes, chicken katsu, rice, macaroni salad, spam musubi (very filling) and grilled salmon. Covid protocols are still being followed. I started to pre-order because everything is made fresh, usually about 15-30 minutes. Staff is friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable. The quality is good. It’s near a school, public transportation (train and bus), the hospital is across the street, other restaurants are near by, Albertsons is less than 2 minutes away walking, etc. Its a great location. I recommend this place.

Is it ok by law not to have public restrooms? Employees only can use the restroom. Owner is so rude I asked if can I please use the restroom while waiting for my food but he in a rudely manner said NO! Only employees! Wow plus they take their time preparing the orders. Poor dashers that they wait so long for orders.

The first time I ordered here they got my order wrong. Second time I came here it took them 50 mins to have my order ready. I asked them 20mins after ordering if it was ready and she said it’ll be ready maybe in 5min. Well 20 min later and still not ready, meanwhile other people who ordered after me got theirs ready. I didn’t get an apology for such terrible service. Not coming back here again.

I went today for lunch, I ordered the small short ribs plate. I was disappointed, they gave me 2 pieces of short ribs, one was edible the other was so tuff and not cooked well which explains why it was tuff the macaroni was ok, a little too salty for my taste. I spent $12 plus the drink was unable to enjoy my lunch.
