There was no variety of donuts available at 4:45 pm. I asked the cashier if any more were going to be stocked and she just shrugged and said “no, they only get made in the morning.” Almost all of the trays were empty. Why even be open for business?

No staff at counter. Used kiosk. No doughnuts available that were ordered. Staff dropped half of order on floor. Asked for refund. Was told it would be 2 days b4 refund would be returned. I wont be back

The staff served lukewarm drinks when we asked them to heat them they poured half out and added additional warm milk. Added coffee to my chi tea latte. We ordered food and had to ask if it was ready. They must have forgotten because they then started making it. We watched as they handled it with no gloves and put it directly on a dirty sideboard with no wrapper or container. We walked out after that. It was absolutely disgusting and disturbing. Staff wasn’t even aware of customers until they spoke up. The restaurant was staffed with 5 or 6 people so it wasn’t due to a staff shortage.

I’m really excited about this new Dunkin donuts location right off the main drag in Mocksville. One of the best rewards programs to earn free donuts and ☕ coffee regularly. Really love their old-fashioned donut, munchkins, regular coffee and lattes, and savory breakfast items from croissants to wraps. This location also has ♿ handicap accessible seating, ️ parking, restrooms and a drive-thru.

Coffee was too sweet and my donut was stale, an old fashioned plain and a braving cream. Always disappointing with the cost of take out today…its pretty scrappy to sell old donuts, in kinda expect that in a gas station but not in a DD store. If its continues, in will go down street to a competitor which has HOT fresh ones.

Purchased donuts mid-afternoon that were dry and stale. Even prior to COVID, I never understood why corporate doesn’t install some type of door in front of the shelves where the donuts are on display to sell. There’s nothing to keep them protected from sneezes, coughs, vacuum/broom dust and just the air in general. Plus, we were told one of the donuts contained the filling we wanted but when we got home and took a bite, we quickly learned it wasn’t the filling we requested. They’re now around $1.70 each which is too expensive, especially based on our experience with the sub-par freshness.

I do wonder about some of these reviews. I frequent the Mocksville dunkin’ donuts at least twice a week and do agree that sometimes the line is slow. But if you’re going to give a one-star rating because they are closed, that just doesn’t make sense. This review is for November 2020, the year that will go down in infamy the girls at this dunkin’ donuts do an excellent job but occasionally there might be a newbie and things seem to get out of sync. Lastly, I wonder if these reviews are actually red as I never see any responses from the owner . Hello owner are you there?
