The place is good, very big. Multiple bars. Calimari was awesome. Most everything was great. The filet was terrible, though. I got it, and my wife did also, It was just not good. It was small, and neither of us finished it so we took it home and it was also bad reheated. I got the mashed potatoes for a side and they were not good either but the baked potatoes were good.

This used to be a great restaurant when it was owned by the Bassett family. I always look forward to dining in RI when I visit family. I was VERY disappointed. We were greeted by the waitress who told us they were out of baked potatoes and 3 other items. I ordered the chowder which was awful, greasy on top and the bowl should never have been used to serve anyone with a huge chip. The salad bowl was also missing a big piece. I attached photos for you to see. The atmosphere is no longer what it used to be. The decor is cheap mass produced artwork. The owner’s daughter had family members or friends seated next to us and was loudly talking to them as if she were at home. my experience was so bad I will never eat here again.

Went with my husband and daughter and had an awful experience. Our waiter completely ignored us for over 20 minutes because he was too busy chatting with another table that wasn’t even his. We were just about to walk out when he finally came over. It wasn’t busy at all either. We ended up having to get our meals to go because we were there for a very long time and we needed to get our daughter to bed. I tried to speak with a manager to inform them of the experience because we’ve never been treated like this before and all I kept getting was excuses to not speak to anyone. The manager was either not their or too busy to talk with us regarding our experience. We love the food but will no longer give business to a place who can’t even take 5 minutes to hear their customers concerns

Everytime I go there it’s been worse then the last time. So definitely won’t be going back. Had to wait 10 minutes to get seated when there was tons of tables. The waitress gave us stale bread snail salad was gross. Then when we order they have no lobster they have no prime rib. Waitress never once came to see if we needed anything. So many people standing around talking. Then when Carol brought the check we didn’t even get offered dessert. So many better places to go no wonder they were empty on a Sunday

Baked stuff shrimp is excellent. Good food and great service and prices are reasonable. Wish they would come back with the marinated mushrooms and snail salad but I still would reccomend this restaurant to everyone.
