This store really has poor service. On more than one occasion I’ve ordered a pizza, came to pick it up, and they haven’t even started it. The Kwik Star across the street is incredible. Definitely go there!

I ordered a pizza that’s vegetarian with pineapple on it. Not a crowd favorite I know. I SEE AND FELT PIECES OF SAUSAGE IN MY MOUTH!! When I went to pick up the pizza the two white men in their mid to late twenties in the back were so rude to me!! The one when I was placing a order over the phone was especially rude. I would give 0 stars if I could!!!

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was made with bbq sauce. Pepperoni pizza was NOT cooked all the way through—-crust was doughy and disgusting. Would NEVER recommend pizza from this Casey’s. So glad I spent $30 on an inedible meal.

I have to drive past 7 Casey’s stores in the morning to go to 100th street Urbandale as the 7 stores have little to no hot food available. If they do have food it is spotty or certain cooks working. You never know when they work. Urbandale Douglas street has gone down hill, Go to the Urbandale 100th street Casey’s it has never failed. I noticed that a lot of the customers now do the same thing. Kwik Star cannot open fast enough. Just stopped in at this Casey’s around dinner time…no food prepared, no original coffee made and only 2 people running the entire P.O.S……this Casey’s never fails to be a lesson in mediocrity.

I stop at this store daily and I can honestly say I’ve seen a huge change for the better in the last few months! Always friendly, warmers have a variety of food and bathrooms are very clean. Great job to the staff and management at this store!

I go to this Casey’s almost every morning because it’s near my office. The kitchen workers are slow or you can find one smoking. That’s ok to smoke if your product in the kitchen is full. Breakfast bowls forget about it. It takes 20 minutes to make one. Sausage biscuits forget about it. Shelves are half full. And biscuits and gravy maybe. You almost always have to ask. And today was the third time they were out of gravy. Get a clue if you keep running out. Maybe next time you place a supply order triple your gray order. It’s in a can it will not spoil.

It was typical of a Casey’s, especially in Iowa, employees are rude & not very helpful. Store definitely isn’t stocked as well as a Kwik Trip. I would rather go to a Kwik Trip or Kwik Star
