There’s never a long line during the morning rush hour. I love the Maple Waffle breakfast sandwich. The staff is all very sweet. One of the last coffee shops in that area with comfortable armchairs in their lobby. I only wish they were open later than 5 pm…

I love Caribou coffee, favorite caramel lattes, but they have the dumbest policy on take out orders. They refuse to take orders over the phone. You must order in person or in their app. I’ve had other coffee shops request it, but never turn away business.

More often than not when I come here they get my order wrong. It is so frustrating. I order a white chocolate mocha with no whip, and receive a dark chocolate mocha, an inch of whip, a vanilla white mocha, or something else. As a Caribou employee at another location, it is ridiculous that I continue to have so many issues. I have brought it to the attention of the management multiple times and nothing has changed. Unless something drastically changes, I will no longer be going there. I would rather go to Starbucks at this point. And that’s saying a lot.
