I rarely eat fast food. The steak n shake at waterfront closed years ago .This is close to home, at peak and night, always a line as i drive by. Decided to give it a try. The burger was better than McDonald’s. The fries, while a bit greasy, were also better than md n bk. They at least are real fries and not salted cardboard sticks. The service was courteous, all went well. I’ll be back, and can recommend this place. 5 stars on all but atmosphere, which while there are a few tables outside for convenience, its a drive thru, take out place. If you want atmosphere, go to nearby homestead park, which is cute, tree filled, and has a playground for kiddies

Stopped by a little after 11 p.m. for some unknown reason there was 2 females in line of the drive through. Which is very dangerous. After waiting and watching for 15-17 minutes I finally get to place my order. 2 Rally burgers and a large fry. The fries were hot but tasted sweet like oil that was used to cook something else. My burgers were subpar, not much flavor and cold. Next time I will go to Wendy’s. Very disappointed!!! I’m glad I didn’t buy more.

I like the food when its cooked and prepared right, not some sloppy attempt.. Make sure the food is fully cooked. Its frustrating to want what u think is a qualitly burger only to get attitude along with poor food. Why managers allow this and do not train properly their employees is beyond words…

This was a horrible experience all around the order was made incorrect three times the lady taking the order barely spoke any English couldn’t understand me we couldn’t understand her she kept screwingorder up took it back to the window twice after coming through the drive-thru and it being incorrect cuz I stopped in the Drive-Thru to check the order before I pulled forward and said it was wrong went to the window twice and it was still incorrect then they’re going to have a nerve to offer me a free slushie.. The man handing out orders was expremely rude as hell. Now home the food is awful and cold.. Waste of 30 minute drive and over 30 in cash.. We’ll never be back and will post this on fb too to warn others..
