Order food to pick up. I order blackened chicken nachos. When my husband arrived home there was no chicken on my nachos. I called them and they offered to make them again so my husband had to go back and finally the new order had the chicken in it.

The food here is rancid. My daughter had kids chicken nuggets and chips and salsa here a few hours before writing this review and is now throwing up non stop.This location typically has houseflies throughout the dining area, which should have been red flag. I wish we didn’t did not eat hear for the sake of my daughter. Stay away from this Tijuana location. I recommend driving to University or Lake Nona as they appear to be more sanitary.

Ordered 2 items for take out, waited over 45 minutes to an hour for the food because they gave our food away to someone else. Store was not busy at all and the service was lacking. Extremely slow and food was not great quality. Would definitely suggest new staff or better management.

The deals are pretty good, check each location for what items. Taco Tuesday is the best. Plenty of sauces to choose from depending on your tolerance for the heat factor. Names for success are pretty funny. I only put a 4 on the food just because at this location, was kinda cold. But, we’ll still go to Tijuana Flats.

The food here is incredibly overpriced- $11 for just a quesadilla, with the drink and side somehow totaling up to $19 and change. The wait for our food was unreasonably long, in part because no fewer than 3 meals were served to guests who had arrived/ ordered after us. The portion sizes are comparable to kids meals. My friend didn’t even recognize the dish they brought him, but the wait staff assured us ‘that’s right.’ The only redeeming qualities this restaurant has are the wall decor and their signature hot sauces. But even then, you need to be in the shop to enjoy these, and the whole store has music blasting constantly, making it somewhat difficult to relax and converse. Overall, very poor quality food for the money spent, 1/10, would not recommend

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered from Uber eats the driver shows up with one bag of food. My husband called the restaurant and immediately they recognized his name because they messed up. The employee only gave the Uber driver one bag. No apologies no nothing. Definitely won’t be patronizing them again.
