Ordered a cheesesteak combo from here for the first time through DoorDash and was highly disappointed. For one they forgot my ultimate fries with my order and then the sandwich itself was very disappointing. The bread was so soggy that as soon as I lifted it up the whole thing fell apart. The chicken was also not on the whole sandwich only on half of it leaving veggies on the other side. I’ve been to many Charley’s and never had a bad experience until this one. I am not one to write a review but the quality of the food and missing item just made me mad.Definitely never ordering from here again.

Whoever makes the orders needs to be fired ASAP. They completely missed every single side order (fries, large watermelon strawberry lemonade) and toppings (banana peppers, hot pepper relish, ketchup and mayo). The cheesesteak itself cost $17 not including tax. Fries were an additional $2.50 and the drink $5. This place is complete trash.

It’s a bitter sweet good rating. I ordered online and they are faster than the traffic I had to beat through. I am sure they were delicious 20 mins before I got there. It is also in a Mall so take parking into consideration when factoring in your ETA.

My first time ordering from this place via doordash and I regret it. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and I got a turkey sub. I find it funny that my receipt says PHILLY CHEESESTEAK” so why put a turkey sub in my bag.
