Pretty sure none of the staff knows how to read, considering that in the 6 years I’ve been coming here I can count on one hand how many times my mobile order was right. They’re also rude and take FOREVER. Always forgetting at least one item I order and never willing to fix it when they mess up.

02-20-2020 lunchtime. So I am going to judge Taco Bell based upon everything except the food. I’ve never been a big fan of the taste of Taco Bell yet I eat it occasionally out of convenience. The location appeared to be clean even throughout my meal there were people from behind the register coming out into the lobby wiping down and sweeping. The person behind the counter that took my order pick my meal for me. He done a good job, he was very polite sociable and helpful. The location seem to be modern as well as relaxing music playing while you eat. I would return to this location and I have a video I posted as well if you would like to see that.

I only gave 3 stars because their pintos and cheese is a TOTAL RIPOFF. Over 2 dollars for a microportion that is 1/4 the size it used to be. It’s been shrunk 2 times in the last 4 years. Literally you get 3 tiny spoonfuls of beans and have to eat them with a plastic fork. The prices were very expensive with shrunken food. It would be cheaper to eat at the Mexican restaurant across the street. They have good table service and full sized portions. Taco Bell just lost a customer. I WILL NOT BE RIPPED OFF!!!

Everything is better when it comes to actually being at Taco Bell in person cause less mistakes are made.But when it comes to ordering online and having it delivered,a lot of mistakes are made.They fail to get my order right every single time.When you order supreme tacos on their online app to be delivered to your home,instead of receiving supreme tacos with tomatoes and sour cream,they’ll give you regular tacos instead.They leave out the tomatoes and sour cream.Taco Bell employees need to read instructions very carefully so mistakes are not made.

March 16th at 12:15am I ordered some food online and my order number is #910125 this location was still opened. I sat at the intercom for 5 mins no one responded and I drove up to the drive thru window and there was a girl with headsets on hiding because she didn’t want to take anyone’s order. Mind you I made my order online I paid my money and there was no way to get a refund. That employee should definitely be fired and I’m sure its on camera. Where is the owner of this location or the manager???? Crazy. So I called the location and a guy answered the phone and I informed him of the girl who was hiding who didn’t want to take my order. His excuse was “it’s only two of us working tonight” but you had no customers and I’m the only one in the parking lot and I can clearly see the red light coming from your headset while you’re bending down trying to hide from me. You’re basically stealing money and time from the company and honestly you don’t deserve a job.
