I didn’t even want to give one star. I don’t know how this got a rating at all since the last 4 times I’ve been, they either don’t have chicken or it’s frozen. It would be a great place for a KFC! Tonight, every single employee was hanging out on the end of the building…outside. I was told, once again, that they were out of strips and chicken would be 10 to 20 minutes. Someone needs to close this place down.

Worst KFC experience ever. Cockroaches crawling in the wall behind me, as we sit down with our food. Couldn’t stop my son from eating fast enough. Got a refund for food and got out of there. Son now has food poisoning. Hopefully that’s it. Very bad place. DO NOT ENTER.

Awful the worse service ever in my life. Ordered at 7:12pm and got order at 7:53 pm after going in to get it. Then noticed they were cleaning around our food and spraying water and chemicals also. We were only suppose to wait 18 minutes???

What can you say good about a fast food in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, not much, but this KFC never has any chicken cooked when you order, you always have to wait 20 mins, this day we waited 49 mins to get a bucket of chicken, and there wasn’t but 3 customers besides us, I have gone through the drive thru before to be told they don’t have any chicken, how can you not have chicken when that’s all you serve?
