Pizza quality was abysmal. The bread was extremely hard and dry as if it had been old or sat out all day. Also lacked cheese. Very disappointing because this restaurant is normally pretty good.

Pizza boxes were not sealed, and they were slightly opened. Had to throw out the pizza as we didn’t feel comfortable eating them. All pizza boxes should be properly sealed to avoid tampering and allow the customer to feel comfortable eating.

Ordered here on 4/29 just before the lunch rush. Their small team took on a separate stretch order of what looked like 25+ pizzas so I had to wait a few extra minutes for my individual pizza but it was well worth it. The pizza had everything I wanted and tasted super fresh. The supervisor did a great job but could probably use an extra employee to help during the lunch rush. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Ignored when I walked in the door to pick up my order. I was then told to wait for another delivery order going first. My order was supposed to be ready 4 minutes earlier and I am on a tight lunch schedule at work.

They said it would take 35 to 40 minutes to get my order but when it was ready I had to wait for Door Dash to deliver it. Arrived cold in an hour and twenty minutes after I ordered it. When I placed the order they never said anything about it taking longer than advertised and when I called after an hour they still just said it was out for delivery. Horrible customer service.

Your $13 pizza will turn into $20 with the extra “Service Fee” they change on top of the price + tax. Then they will not even give you cheese and peppers for free. They now charge for these items. Wow, I will go to Ameci down the street from now on.

First i was shocked with the 1.40 service charge. I order extra cheese 2.50 and i had a little round bubble about the size of quarter on one slice which featured no cheese on it. A little hollow tasting. Total charge was almost 20 for a little more than half of this cost I could of had a tastier version of lil cesars. Service was quick and friendly.
