We’ve only been to Zaxby’s a few times and every time the food is great. I would say that the chicken fingers in the combos are better than the nuggets provided in the family meals. I made the mistake, not them by thinking that they were going to sauce the nuggets on the side and they sauce the nuggets completely. So if you’ve not been there before when they ask you for the sauces and you want them on the side you need to tell them to put them on the side and not sauce the nuggets.

Relentless Entertainment
Chicken fingers were very salty and overcooked . Exterior crust was very hard. Strips were very small and not worth the cost. Slaw was warm, not even cold. Fries were soggy and half seasoned. Toast was also soggy and chewy, not the texture of toasted bread. Zensation salad wasn’t worth the almost $10 cost. No sauce or dressing choices were given, and had random ones in the bag. The coke tasted watered down, almost as not enough syrup and more carbonated water. Overall I would not recommend this location.

I love zaxbys food but this location in Asheboro is the absolute worst…. I would start off with getting this location hooked on phonics…. everytime I order they can’t seem to put the right sauces in the bag, or the right sides, or even the right sauce on wings….. so ridiculous when I spend $50 on 3 plates and nothing comes right and mostly under cooked…. fries raw, wings dry, and wasn’t even supposed to have fries, supposed to be slaw

On the TV commercial, it shows two or three egg rolls on the Asian salad. When I got mine they were only one. Asian salad is only made up of lettuce, crunchy noodles, and chicken. Not much for $10

I had the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place here! A woman named becca took care of me in the drive thru and she was an absolute delight! Her energy was so positive it really made my day. She made a great food recommendation and was super friendly and just an over the top good employee! Will definitely return because of Becca!

Chicken, chicken and more chicken. Zaxby’s of Asheboro is pretty darn good. Try one of the new fried, chicken sandwich meals if you want to mix things up a bit. Most of the time the fries are below average. They tend to over cook their fries at this location. Yes, they do have the fancy Coke Beverage Center (CBC)! If you like tea one can conveniently skip the CBC and fill your cup with some good ole sweet tea! Enjoy!
