I ordered 2 large hand tossed pizzas for my coworkers and got this thin pizza I called to get it fixed and the lady I spoke with said it’s fresh dough and it would fluff in the box ! it’s been a while now, no fluffing happening(which was a ridiculous lie) .. she should have replaced my order instead of making a sorry excuse for their mistake

Ordered a thin and crispy with normal sauce, pepperoni, and normal cheese. There was no sauce on this pizza. When you take the cheese layer off there was no sauce. Very dry. We will not order from here again.

Very slow service, unfriendly staff. I ordered 10 breadsticks and they weren’t even cut into sticks. It was just a large sheet of dough. Unfortunately its what to be expected from most pizza huts these days

I placed an order at this location And then tried to cancel so they would not take my permit. Unfortunately my points were still taken. I will take responsibility for placing my order at the wrong location but my food was never paid for so my points should not have been taken. I am a big fan of Pizza Hut but this may just change my mind.

Called to order Pizza after work and I sat on hold for over six minutes as I was driving to the store. When I got in the store there was a gentleman I could see in the back cleaning up and I asked him if they were still open and he said yes we’re open until 11. He ignored me and still did not take my order…. so I left. Terrible customer service, no one at the register, and no one answering the phone. I don’t think they will be in business here very long since it is their new location.
