Ordered The Works pizza online. Picked it up, got it home & the only meat on there was pepperoni. Called down there & was hung up on. I go there & the rude employee proceeds to tell me the pizza was right. I showed him on my phone what the ingredients were supposed to be on there. 1st excuse was new online service. 2nd excuse was, that’s the works. I asked him to show me the Italian sausage & bacon. He looked at the pizza & couldn’t show me any of the meats. I guess he got frustrated & said just refund your $ & proceeds to tell me to get out. Gladly, there are plenty of pizza places that will take my $$ & treat me with respect. I didn’t get the employee’s name but this happened on July 12 3pm. Always check your order if you’re patronizing this establishment. Guarantee I’m not the 1st & won’t be the last customer that they screw over.

I wanted to order a pizza from this establishment however the kid that was on the phone was disinterested in taking my order. Clearly this location just does not want the business. Perhaps the owners are not intrested in making money. Needless to say I will be giving my money to other pizza establishment moving forward.

Awful place to get papa John’s from. Ordered two pizzas and they got the order wrong- one only had black olives. Which would have been “ok” but when we called the manager to explained he said very rudely that he could do nothing because we explained the issues to him wrong? I told him I would personally deliver the pizza to him or send him a picture but it didn’t matter to him he wouldn’t do anything. I would be ashamed to have a manager like that with that poor customer service. 0/5 stars. Enjoy the picture of just olives and the small banana pepper Mr. Manager.

The pizza(s) were really good! The only issue is ordering online. It told us how long to expect, then kept telling us 15 minutes for an hour and 20 minutes. Yet upon retrieving our dinner, the pizzas were still hot. Well done guys. Other than that, no problems and good food.

Not my best experience here. I ordered the large works today and I got worked, the large dough had cheese and toppings for a extra small pizza, no lie for 8 slices I had 8 pepperoni a few olives I did get onions and a few peppers. I thought I was a baby getting a cheese pizza. Was not happy at all…

Usually I have no problem with this Papa John’s except today I ordered at 11:30 was given a estimated time of 34-45 minutes. 45 minutes came and went then the tracker said “we are delayed, driver is dropping off another order” I live 3.6 miles from restaurant, I watched the tracker and the driver was going to harrison and it said delayed 19-26 minutes. My question is why didn’t the driver drop off the order that was closer? We had to go back to work so i canceled the order, we only get a hour for lunch and I ordered it 30 minutes before we took lunch. So needless to say we had to go back to work hungry.

I ordered dinner for delivery. They couldn’t take credit cards, so i opted to pay cash. Order to be delivered by 7:45 pm. I called them at 8:05 pm to check on my order.
