Incompetent staff and service! They have enough employees to operate their store, but still the evening shift manager decides to close their doors to stop walk-in customers and makes everyone go through their drive-thru window. Also they are stealing money every other week saying their credit card machine doesn’t work and they are only accepting cash without giving the receipt. Corporate should investigate and find out what’s going on and fire the responsible individual.

Staff was rude and basically had the attitude, what are you going to do about it. I asked to speak with the manager and the ladies response was all 4 of us are managers. I asked to speakto thee highest ranking manage, and she said we’re all high ranking manager.

Half the food was uneditable and I’m not sure how you under cook something at a place like this but the thing that was supposed to be Crunchy was soft and fell apart. You charge 5 dollars for something definitely not worth it and you can’t even get it right. The Cheesy Potatoes are the only thing that was correct and not taste terrible.

I had bad experience with the Amelia location and the employees were very rude to me and hung up on me. I called this location to see if there was anything they could do, the manager went above and beyond to make it right for me!!! All the employees parents at the Amelia location and get their cheeks clapped behind the Wendy’s for $20
