Aloha. So if google maps is wrong then please change your times from 24h but ive been calling over and over and feel like ive been hung up on a few times as well as just pushed aside as a customer. I know its late night but I’m will to pick up pizza the whole time and now I’m pretty much going to come in and see the GM tomorrow about this… Sorry but not, I hope that the management is doing its best to correct these kind of problems that work for them.

Both Epic Stuffed Crust Create Your Own Pizza and The Meats Pizza was overcook and burnt. I requested light on the sauce and they put to much sauce on the pizzas and not enough cheese in the crust. It was not wort the $80.00 bucks. You can tell the pizzas was rushed. ☹️

Although pizza is tasty the customer service is terrible. Online says open at 930, i went at 940 and the two employees inside saw me at the door and completely ignored me for several minutes. I waved until finally the one lady just shook her head at me and waved me away, then turned around and walked away as I was asking what time they open. Not sure what time they actually open but I will be ordering my 20 pizzas for my work party elsewhere this time and in the future. So rude!

Placed an order on the app which was having issues. Money was taken out of my account so I called and there was no record of the order. They called me back to let me know online tech support called to support my claim. I appreciated the follow up plus the pizza was delivered in 15 minutes of the phone call. Much thanks to the young lady on the phone and the delivery driver. Very professional and excellent service
