I ate here because there really isn’t anything else nearby and I didn’t feel like driving. I sat at the bar, as everything else was empty and felt service would be slow. Luis, at the bar assisted me. He was attentive and friendly. I ordered a beer—which was fresh and crisp. I ordered the chicken wings and were actually delicious. Perfect temperature and thoroughly cooked, very flavorful. I have a sweet tooth, so went for the cheesecake, which was rich and delicious. I may add, $17 for 6 wings is VERY expensive. $9 for a slice of cheesecake, is reasonable, as it is a healthy portion. Counting my food bill, it was a little more than $30, but thankfully, I had food credit—Diamond perks. To be fair, I’d return though: reason is the exceptional service I received from the bar staff. Grateful. Note: between Monday and Friday, it is closed from 10am-5pm.

Hotel food and definitely overpriced for quality. Had a ceasar salad , then ordered the steak with fries. Couple glasses of wine and bill was $95. Ouch. They really need to clean the decor as it’s dirty. Even touching chairs cushions and booths was not clean.

Just facts and no personal judgment here.

Literally ordered fries and it’s taken over an hour to get the fries. The breakfast is overpriced and bland as well. The breakfast would be like a Denny’s big platter for $8.

I don’t expect much from hotel bars/restaurants, and it’s a good thing. Usually I’ll pass on giving comments because of the low expectations, but I’m compelled to justify just why I’m that way.

Bad or worse. We were staying at the Hilton and expected the hotel restaurant to be nice.. it is not. Food was very plain and clearly made from frozen. Service was the worst I’ve had yet in the bay area; didn’t speak any English, were rude, didn’t know about anything on the menu (could be the language barrier but still) and nearly absentee during our visit. The drinks were terrible. Clearly the bartender is not really a bartender. The worst part- the dishes were dirty. One of the sharing plates had food crusted to it and both drink glasses were dirty with some sort of grime. Hotel was pretty nice but don’t bother eating or drinking here.

Don’t bother with the breakfast. Nothing special just an average hotel buffet.

Save your time and money. Ordered some chicken wings for pick-up upon a late arrival and they were RAW……took them back to the restaurant. As if I was bothering the hostess with my complaint of the undercooked raw chicken wings, she took them back. When my order was “fixed” the wings were fried so much they were like chewing leather. If I could give less than one star I would.

The manager was a pleasure to interact with. The drink were on point. The atmosphere is relax. Food here has large portions but worth it!
