One of the better ramen places I’ve been to. Their pork portions in the ramen was generous, and the egg was cooked to perfection. The broth was flavorful as well. I especially liked the broccolini appetizer. Definitely worth coming back!

Literally one of my favorite places in the entire greater Seattle area. The food is incredible and the prices are fantastic. Highly highly recommend the Karaage Chicken and Spicy Tuna bowls. The ghost pepper kimchi is delicious and packs a good punch.

This is a weird review to write, but here’s how I would break down my go to ramen order:

What stands out are severs who have a smiling face and very attentive. Ramen is decent and edamame is great.

Traditional Ramen with traditional hospitality. Noodles are so good. I am so sensitive to MSG and I had no reactions. Fresh ingredients and great atmosphere except for cold blowing in from tables near door. The hostess and waitress are so gracious and welcoming. Slurping is a compliment!

We’ve been coming here since they opened about 2.5 years ago. Consistent ramen quality. I typically go for a bowl of the Blaze ramen, 2/3 spice level, and tofu. I used to get the pork, but didn’t find it to be the best pork and tofu is a winner every time. The soft boiled egg is always perfect.

Food is great, but service is lacking. It should not take 25 minutes to get edamame. Based on what I could see, I feel the kitchen is understaffed for this most recent visit. Last visit front of the house was understaffed. I had to get up to find the one person on to refill drink, and ask/pay for tab. Not the staffs fault. They are working as fast as they can fast a busy fast turnover restaurant.

Great food, nice atmosphere. I loved the pork bun. The pork belly worked great with green scallions & pickled onions. Also, both ramen bowls (Shoyu On Fire and Garlic Truffle) we ordered were tasty. Chewy noodles wrapped with delicious broth. I highly recommend adding the Ghost Pepper Kimchi as a side to go with the noodles. That said, I think this restaurant should consider adding more veggies to make their dishes more balanced and nutritious.

Very comfortable environment and professional. LOTS of lighting. Great ramen. Their menu is minimalistic and delicious so you won’t be exhausted from looking at it and wondering what to get. I love this place great sizing and accurate spiciness levels. Recommend.
