Pad Thai was great, but would have liked hotter to begin with, but a little Thai peppers in oil cured that and the heat level is more appropriate for most.

In the little traveling experience I’ve had, i know that you can get the best food in the small hole-in-the-wall places. With that being said, this place has the best Thai I’ve had since down home in NC! Tanya is awesome & the red curry is heavenly, so is the chicken & rice soup. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been coming here for years. The food is fantastic, and the service is extremely friendly. Family-owned and run, and the care shows in the flavor. My favorites are the Honeymoon Chicken, which is a slightly spicy red chili sauce over very lightly breaded & sauteed chicken breast. I also love their authentic Basil Chicken and Pineapple Fried Rice. Unlike most Asian food in this area, when they say “spicy,” they mean SPICY. I love very hot food, but on their scale I usually take a “medium.” Small dining room, but rarely full. Don’t let the strip mall fool you, this is a great find.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! The service is great and we love Tanya!!! All of the curry dishes are amazing and the coconut soup and spring rolls are so good. As far as I am concerned we have found the best Thai food in town!!!

Hidden in an old shopping center, this is one of the best places for Thai food in Dayton! Portions are generous, and the employees are always very nice. I live in Beavercreek now, but I still make the trip when I can!

We love Iyara. For a perfect date night in, we order take out. Their chicken pad thai is delicious and a huge serving that we usually split. Their crab ragoons and pot stickers always stay crispy and delicious even through the drive home. A great local place that everyone should try!

We used to love eating at this place. Food portions were generous and delicious. We’ve been back twice since the new owner/name and it’s been very disappointing! Food portions are small, food prices went up, and service sucks! Don’t waste your time and money!

Ordered the Bangkok combo online and asked for no mushrooms and then even called ahead to the store to make sure they did not put mushrooms on it. When I arrived the woman was sitting in the back looking at her phone.(in her defense they had 0 customers at 7 pm) After about 5 minutes she came out and confirmed “no mushrooms”. Drive home and not only were there mushrooms all over it the did not include the rice that’s supposed to be with it. ( second time I got no rice with a dish from here)So about 20 minutes later after I made my own rice at home and picked off all the mushrooms I find out that the crab Rangoon I ordered was burnt and almost inedible. Ate here a total of 3 times since the changed the name from iyara Thai. Both to go orders were missing rice and the food was made wrong, and one dine in experience was so so, the waiter seemed frazzled and obviously very new but the food was good. Prolly find a different place from now on.

The worst, most terrible service. So disappointed. Ordered pad thai to go and was told it would take 20 minutes. 50 minutes later I got my food, got home and it was the wrong order!! When I called & asked for a refund for the wrong item, I was told I was being “completely unreasonable ” and not even received an apology. I’m so disappointed in this restaurant which used to be an awesome local place. Won’t go back. It’s worth the extra drive downtown to Thai 9.
