As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

When you expect your employees to work in a broken air conditioner and refuse to fix it and bring fans only and 100° weather in the heat index is higher young teenagers and some elderly risking heat stroke. Absolutely not. Do not support the owners in this when they can recognize and treat their employees with respect and dignity and also fix what needs fixed instead of being lazy and cheap then I will support them again. But other than that fix your air conditioning before you cause someone to die. Sicking and before you respond saying we’re getting someone out there to work on it blah blah blah fix it today and I will believe you actually care. I will be following up and reporting to the news and better business bureau. Not only have I seen this going around on Facebook it needs to be newsworthy. Shameful

This store is supposed to be open until 1 am, but they decided since they are not busy, they closed extremely early. This was really bad for my boyfriend who was doordashing, which is his primary form of income, and he was in the middle of a delivery to pick up an order from this store. Red headed manager was a snot.
