Most of the time they do a really good job. My last visit wasn’t as good as usual because they were short staffed and it was the busy time of evening and there were a lot of cars waiting in drive thru so we waited about 20 minutes for an order that only takes a couple minutes normally. And the order was done very sloppy. Ordinarily this place is great and I do recommend it if you try to go in between the normal eating times and try not to go at last minute towards closing time. Then you get excellent service.

I ordered 3 things. My man got his order. Mine 1 was not what I ordered the other i just didn’t get. Tried calling machine that doesn’t even say i called taco bell. Almost 10.00 worth of food I did not get after waiting over 15 min in drive through as the only customer. I realize they have help wanted sign and its taco bell and all but dang.

Gross incompetence to the extreme, they’ve never once gotten my order right, I’m usually out $15 every order because that how much my 3 customized Doritos locos tacos cost and they can’t manage to read “chicken” instead of “beef”. This specific issue just happened for the 5th time since I been going here. $15 wasted. Taco bell owes me Hella money. I was actually able to get a ride back this time, I can’t usually, they messed up the three new tacos and gave me a coupon for one free taco. Oh boy, that’s worth the $100s of dollars I have to spend here then throw away the food every time. Seriously, if taco bell corporate reads this, read just my app orders alone and see how much I spend here.

Got a cheesy gordilla crunch for my dinner as I haven’t ate all day. Got home, (not even a 5 minute drive) and took a bite of it. The meat was so cold. Called and spoke to a gentleman, he refused to acknowledge the complaint. Said the temp on his line for the meat is 165 degrees.
