Today 07/25/2023 I made my order employee seemed to be in a rush although there was no line. She didn’t know how to upgrade a small coffee to a large hazelnut ice coffee.. so I bought my meal that was #1 from the breakfast menu (ham McMuffin, hash brown, and small coffee) and a deluxe pancake meal one hotcake was bit, ice coffee was milk and sweetener with ice, my McMuffin didn’t even have the ham.. what a disappointment for a new location.

Horrible customer service! Took 45 minutes to get my food and it was lukewarm when I finally got it. When I asked to speak to a manager the person at the drive through couldn’t have been more rude! I keep hoping it’s just a one time thing but I have tried this location 3 times and every time it’s just as bad ,no matter how small my order is. Would no recommend! Just drive up the street to the next one.

Last night I stopped by after work. I went thru the drive thru line!!! It took almost 1 hour to get my food!! This place needs to shut down. And they want $15 a hour. Yeah no!!! I’ll never come back here!!

McDonald’s is usually not terrible. Everything is usually passable. However this location struggles EVERYTIME I have been and that is not an exaggeration. Whether they are out of something, or take 40 minutes in the drive thru, or can’t answer as I’m at the drive thru microphone, it is always a negative experience and I regret my purchase. I don’t know what’s going on at the location, and hey if they don’t either no shame in that. But something needs to be done. This location has so much potential because of where it is and how new the store is, but it’s failed me everytime.

Order took over 25 min. I ordered curbside and I literally had to go inside to check on my food and it was sitting on their counter and when I asked the lady she said oh she was just about to bring it out to me. Then she gives me my 3 drinks and I asked her which is regular coke, Diet coke and Dr pepper she said this is diet and this is regular coke and this is Dr pepper and when I went home there was just a coke and 2 Dr Peppers. The fries was already hard and cold so it was just sitting there on the counter for awhile. Totally unacceptable I would fire all of them. This happened between 745pm and 815pm on August 20, 2023

Not impressed with this new location. I ordered two large fries and they asked me to wait around front. It was not busy in the slightest. I pull around and wait for 15 minutes when finally someone comes out and asks me what I needed. She was nice but I don’t know how they could forget what I needed when they weren’t busy at all. And to top it off, the fries weren’t even fresh and they only filled the box up half way.

I understand this being a new location but that’s no excuse for poor customer service and rushing customers. Your staff is new you guys don’t have it together slow down and double check your orders next time. Also got chicken nuggets last night woke up with a messed up stomach, please wash hands. We literally watch the guy take our money turn around, put it in the drawer then go wrap up food and help on the service line cross contamination all the way. Y’all can do better.

I place an order from the mobile app after work when I got to the the east Craig Mc Donald’s waited and waited for my food to be brought out to me and they never did. The place was close , The drive though wasn’t moving, an employee comes out and tells everyone to leave. He ignored me and went back in. So, therefore I will have to call tomorrow to get my money refunded! This place needs management attention! Drive thru is suppose to be open 24 hours. Won’t be returning. Don’t Waste your time
