Got the lobster roll. The lobster and the slaw was great. The bread was horrible, couldn’t eat it. Bread was covered in butter or some kind of oil, both inside the bun and out. Literally drenched in it and took away all the flavor of the fillings.

Don’t let the name fool you. This is not food truck food. The lobster roll is super professional. It’s in season and I knew I had to try one. I was not disappointed. The food is delicious. The wings are super tasty and crispy. The French fries are seasoned and also super crispy. You have to try these lobster rolls. The kick from the jalapeño is awesome and their sauce is amazing. I suggest ordering online on the website and picking up or grub hub. They get super busy as expected when there’s good food to be had. There’s a few tables to eat if you’d like but it’s not very fancy but all that matters is the great food.

You can easily drive by and miss this food truck outpost (because its in the parking lot of a dry cleaner (+5 random points), but you’d be sorry if you did. I tried the chimcurri steak sandwich and the lobster roll. Both were quite good and their French fries are awesomely crispy and crunchy. Everything on the menu has an original tweak or idea to it, it’s worth a stop and a try. They have limited outdoor seating which might be nice on summer days, but the play is definitely take out.

Honestly the best food I’ve had in Madison so far. I’ve eaten through the majority of the menu at this point and the things I keep going back to are the brisket sandwich, the fish tacos, and the chicken sandwich. Everything has been great but those are my standouts.

It was my first time here. They have a pretty good menu. The food is fresh and the trailer looks to be clean inside. Crab cake sandwich was good but I wish that there was more breading inside of the crab cake. I’m pretty sure that they toss the fries in Old Bay. They put too much seasoning on the fries for my liking. Overall the food was good and I will be back again to try something else on their menu.

literally just went here like 45 mins ago and best food i’ve ever had. my mom ordered crab cakes, and i ordered the fried chicken sandwich. didn’t take too long, and service was amazing. the guy who works there (i presume owns it?) was so amazing and seemed just happy to be there. he loves asking for fist bumps and was so kind. the chicken sandwich was a 10/10. meat was incredibly tender, it was dark meat and literally melted in my mouth. it had chipotle aioli in it and marinated peppers and lettuce, on a brioche bun. first of all; the flavors fit SOOO WELL together. every bite was like stepping in to PARADISE. my moms crab cake was huge and she couldn’t finish it but she absolutely loved it. the fries being wedges is actually so amazing cause i love wedges. will be eating again and coming back. 100000/10
