Time and time again I’ve come here and there’s been an issue. They have messed up our orders multiple times, given our orders out to the wrong person (causing us to have to stay and wait for a refire), and more. Additionally, the service is completely terrible. They are rude on the phone and in person. Whenever something is wrong, if we go back and try to have it corrected, they often try to make you feel as though you were the one who messed up, or they just make you feel like an inconvenience for expecting the food that you paid for. I like the food, but it’s not worth the headache.

Terrible atmosphere, maybe if you eat in the bar it would be better? Tiny dining area, had to listen to the teen cashiers talk to each other nonstop, joking around as they just sat there. It took way too long for the pizza to come out.

We have gone here for years and the food has always been pretty good. Tonight the service was absolutely terrible. We got there to pick up our pizzas and they had forgotten to make one. So we waited another 25 minutes for them to get the pizza remade. We got home and it was still the wrong pizza. So we called and were told that we were lying. The person on the phone then hung up on us. What a waste of time and money.

On Friday December 30 about 8 PM I order a large order of chicken wings. They were completely burnt with hardly and meat left on them. Even melted the styrofoam container they put them in. Worse chicken wings I have ever had. Definitely not going back to this place ever again.
