Usually, I don’t like saying anything negative, but in this case I Can’t say a lot of positive about this place. The food is very greasy, the oil is literally dripping from it. Well, apparently you have to be a regular to get good service…we also got the evil eye from “the regulars” when we sat at the bar…bar tender was rude and running around like the place was packed (it wasnt). Took her a while to even acknowledge us being there…then tossed some menus at us…I asked for a beer I saw was on tap, then asked if they had fried pickles…I hadn’t even had a chance to look at said menu, she rudely said “whatever is on the menue is what we have”….she clearly knew if they have them or not and could if just said yes or no… She then never came back , for at least 15min, to ask if we even wanted anything else…finally waved her down…THEN she asked (cause my beer was empty)…we said no and paid for the beer and left. Sad, cause the place is old and cool looking and close to home. Not sure if I’d give it a second chance because we felt very unwelcome.

Only got a 4 because the water taste like iron. Other than that we had a large group for lunch. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. The hot pretzel sticks were great. I could say more but my thumb is getting tired. Get here!!!

My husband and I booked the upstairs room at Buddy’s for a friend’s baby shower, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The manager, Jennifer, was very responsive to our inquiries and was able to accommodate every request. The food was amazing, and the staff were all so kind. It really made for a wonderful day and memory for our friends. Everyone should stop by for a bite and a brew when they’re in Mt. Prospect!

Had a baby shower here on 10/8/22. Great time great place. Fun open multi-level joint with great sliders and decent priced alcohol. Really hope to catch a Bears game here some time. Thank you to their staff for being so attentive and accommodating.

Service is usually slow here. I like to be able to go upstairs and play darts though! It’s always empty up there and the music is usually good! However, this is an updated review. I have been going here fairly regularly for about a year now. Only ever to play darts and pool upstairs.
