Absolutely horrible service. Ordered the famous bowl as usual and it was all mash potatoes and gravy with 4 pieces of chicken nuggets. Spoke to the manager and she said they cut it back to 4-5 pieces of chicken.

I ordered my meal got home & items missing that should have been included in the meal. This has happened often. The drive through is lacking in manners. They do not care about the guests. They didn’t give me a receipt either which was probably intentional. They don’t want the feedback. It isn’t hard to be friendly & they are there to be polite & kind to their customers. I have never been treated that way at Buds which is literally right next to this location. People have a choice in where to eat. If you are in the area remember this review.

Being next to another excellent chicken restaurant this KFC has a lot to live up to. I never thought I would write a positive review about KFC because I honestly do not think I have ever been to a good one in the past. However the management and staff do an excellent job at this restaurant. The food is always fresh and delicious. The fries are amongst my favorite from anywhere. And the staff are always really nice and do a good job making sure orders are accurate which is rare these days. I really enjoy eating here.

We went here today for our lunch break. Normally we go through the drive thru which is always good, but today we went inside to sit and eat. We were greeted as we approached the counter by RiRi a very nice young lady with a terrific smile, a lot of patience and a pleasant attitude. She took our order and answered our questions without hesitation. Wonderful. We got our food, a chicken pot pie and it was fantastic. I went to the restroom during my visit and it was very clean. Before we left we met the manager, her name is Kim, equally an extremely pleasant experience. Both of these ladies deserve a shout out and yes I will definitely be returning for lunch in the dining room

What is goin on with the KFC I been here 3 times every time they don’t have chicken parts that I ask for ! Last time after going back and forth them not having wings I asked for drumstick and actually got thigh. The original isn’t cooked enough to have nice golden coating when I get it. The staff are friendly and nice but food quantity is low
