I did not have a good experience at the particular Jersey Mike’s. The young lady that took my order was very rude and rushed me to order. I was trying to decide what I wanted. I decided to get the Famous Philly sub. I was asked if I wanted lettuce and noticed the lettuce that was out looked like it was going bad. The fountain drinks were horrible. They had no carbonation. I tried the sweet tea and it wasn’t sweet. After my food was prepared I asked for my receipt from order and the staff couldn’t provided it. Something about the register not issuing a receipt. Fast forward to me eating my sub and it was very dry. The meat was not juicy, the bread was hard, and the best thing was the chips. The service was dry just like my food. I will not ever be returning to this location. Highly disappointed!!

Accidentally got the wrong sandwich, it my was fault, and the staff was so kind. They made my remake quickly and asked me about my holiday and weekend. The sandwich maker, the lady who rung me up, and the boy with longer hair were the sweetest! Best location I’ve ever been to!

This place is great. Clean and friendly staff. Fast service, cooked fresh, at first the price put me off but the sub was so big and full of meat not like other sub places that barely put any meat it was worth it. The only place I will eat subs from now on. Thank y’all.

I have been eating Jersey Mike’s subs for over 7 yrs and my favorite one in Fayetteville is off of Boone Trail. I was so excited to get one closer to me by Traemoor, but this one is nothing close to the Boone Trail one. You don’t get as much meat and cheese, the breads are always skinny looking and crushed. It’s not worth paying 35 dollars for 2 sandwiches and they have dried out meat. It’s not as juicy and flavorful at all. I am so disappointed bc this one was so close to me. I have been here numerous times and just said it is probably bc they are new. Well they aren’t new anymore and they are still this way. They still got 2 stars from me because it’s usually ready by the time they said it would be on the app. Not a happy customer.
