The tables were so wet they looked like they had been cleaned with a garden hose. The bathroom hand dryer is a joke at best. No towel’s in the bathroom so you have to touch the handle that the last guy did who didn’t wash his hands !!! This is 2023 can’t we do better at least on the bathroom?

Stood at the front counter for 20+ minutes while 3 employees looked at me and never said a word. Finally an employee that made eye contact with me 6 times asked if we had been helped. Worst service I have ever had in my life. Then asked if she could get us a cheesecake to make up for the long wait and disrespectful staff. If I managed this store I would fire everyone and start fresh.

Nice and roomy dining room compared to our hometown Fazolis. Food was good except for two of the four breadsticks were hard. Great other than that. Staff stayed busy.

We had spaghetti, pizza & boneless chicken wings, and I loved the frozen lemonade. The man behind the counter, Todd H. was wonderful!!! We had not been to Fazoli’s in several years and the menu has really changed. He showed us the luncheon specials, and was very patient.

My wife and I use to eat her atleast 2 times a month, today we came and brung our daughter they told us as soon as we walked in we would need to leave in an hour due to be understaffed. I understand being understaffed but why make a paying customer leave? Why not just close the lobby down and we can leave when done. And that’s the worst part I paid $10.59 for baked spaghetti and usually it’s a very big meal today it came in a very little metal tray something my daughter would get full off of, I’m very dissatisfied and will not be coming back at all! What happened to this place.

We’ve had terrible experience with Fazoli’s service time in the past so it’s been awhile! I figured I’d order curbside ahead of time for 1+ hour which should give them plenty of time. Here I sit curbside and while the app tells me my food is done, it’s still 15 minutes late and counting… Will not return again.
