Stopped in at Tortilleria Hernandez, their tortillas are amazing! I also ordered two burritos, their burritos were really tasty! I have no major complaints other then maybe have some more lettuce of veggies inside of the burrito, but the meat was awesome! I also above all, love their costumer service. The owner (I assume) helped out with an issue I ran into on my end and he was very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Great spot for tacos in Sioux Falls. Was coming to town for the marathon from Chicago with my wife and we stopped by here and grabbed some tacos and a burrito. Was blown away by the quality of the tortillas and steak. They make their tortillas by hand and don’t skimp on the portion sizes. The burrito I had is one of the best I’ve ever had. If you live in the area or visiting Sioux Falls, definitely stop by and give them a try.

Amazing quality of food and service. I highly recommend stopping by, and I prefer ordering the Torpido! Their salsa that comes in the side with the order is also magnificent! It is hot though and I recommend tasting it first before applying. For those who like heat, I couldn’t recommend more to put it on the food! Beware! They only accept cash.

Absolutely fantastic and delicious. This is a no frills, takeout only, authentic style restaurant with tacos that will make you cry tears of happiness. The service was excellent and the food is unexplainably delicious. Large portions of meat with cilantro and onions. This is the exact kind of place we look for and are elated that we stumbled upon this gem. Get your food, sit in your car and bask in all the good feelings. Oh, and if that didn’t grab you yet, the corn tortillas are made in house and are sold by the pack. If I lived here, I was would be a regular customer. 10/10

A small family-run tortilleria that focuses only on a few menu items and does them exceedingly well. I got the al pastor and a steak taco, both were excellent with the al pastor being the more memorable of the two. I experiencd very friendly service.

Excellent tacos and a decent selection of drinks. Everything is to-go, there really isn’t anywhere to sit and eat. They sell bulk tortillas too. Definitely worth checking out if you can deal with those restrictions. They also had hibiscus Jamaica soda which I have never seen before or since!

This place is absolutely incredible. The tacos are authentic and delicious, made just the right way – two tortillas, a mountain of steak or al pastor pork, cilantro onions and a lime wedge. That’s it. The ingredients are all high-quality, they make the tortillas in house, and it is as authentic a Mexican meal as you’re going to get anywhere in the greater Sioux Falls area. I’d rate it 6 stars if I could.

Stopped in on my way back home to California after living in Iowa for 2.5 years. Had a pastor burrito with their spiciest salsa. If you live in Sioux Falls and have not been here, I highly recommend you try it. This is a phenomenal representation of Mexican food. They make their own tortillas in house. Was super stoked to find such a traditional tortilleria so far from home.
