The service was slow but good. The food was on the pricey side compared to other restaurants in the area. I had the chicken fajita . Good sized portion with good taste. We ate outside and had to fight off biting insects the entire time we were on the patio. The patio may not be the best spot to dine.

New owners’…. food =better, service = better, and atmosphere=better, they are amazing i will definitely be coming back here for more. Oh, and the drinks are phenomenal . I also recommend trying all their new items, including their barría tacos and homemade flan and tres leaches cake (strawberry is so good). The patio is great, especially with the new chairs being put out and paintings have been updated so the room is light and vibrant.

Let me just start by saying… YES. Yes yes yes. The new owner, Manny, has totally turned this place around. The quality and taste of the food was outstanding. The service was great and he really made us feel welcome. We were apprehensive about going here due to past experiences, but we were pleasantly surprised. The prices are a bit higher than other similar establishments, but the quality and taste are absolutely worth it. I highly recommend the Birria tacos. Manny explained to us the cooking process and how much goes into it. Very excited to go back!

They got awesome tacos better than everyone is better than El Camino better than San Marcos. They got a great customer service and I’m telling you that rice and beans on point that red fire sauce they got is really freaking hot. It is good really good it’s just a great restaurant all the way around and I hope that it continues to be a great restaurant to me my family and my friends. If you guys get a chance, no matter how far you live you take that drive to go to Cinco de Mayo on Central. Don’t go nowhere else.

Food was fresh. Went in in Monday and it was dead. We stood at the door for about 5 min till hostess came. At least 3 employees obseved us standing there. Sign said wait to be seated. Service was very prompt. Food was fresh. Barbacoa seemed like it needed more seasoning .Shrimp tacos were good.
