My husband and I stopped at the Loves truck-stop in Piedmont, SC on our way back home to Virginia. I went in to the most immaculate Hardee’s I have ever seen. It was spotless from floor to ceiling! Behind the counter, was clean and organized. I was greeted by the kindest fast food cashier, named Topeka. She was so sweet to every person she encountered in line. She deserves a gold star for her hard work and wonderful people skills!

Ordered 3 items, 1 item was left out. The inside is closed and all doors were locked so I had to get back in the long line to get what should have been in my bag to begin with. Overall it took 40 min to get breakfast. Then when I open the biscuit up, it’s old. Looks like they reheated biscuits from the day/night before. I use to like this Hardee’s, but this is the last straw. I’m done.

Really enjoy Hardees biscuits. My rating is for more than one bad experience at Piedmont, SC. 1) On more than one ocassion on the weekend drove to Hardees and the place was closed. 2) Went the last time and got to the drive thu to order which was around 745 am and the lady came over the speaker to tell me that the fryer was not ready and they had no fried items. I did not make an order. I sent a message to the corporate office on their website and 3 days later received a email that someone would be contacting me and that they are sorry for my inconvenience. This was 3 weeks ago and as of today i have heard nothing from them. This past weekend I drove there again to find that the had a sign out in the parking lot stating that they are temporarily closed. I may visit Hardees again but for sure it will not be, if i go to Hardees again, it will not be Piedmont, SC.

I bought 4 breakfast combos, we could eat any of it. The tator tots tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in months and on top of that they were cold. They gave me two gravy biscuits that was nothing but water and tasted sour. They forgot my steak and cheese biscuit. To be honest I should have known better to try this particular Hardee’s, I’ve been living here for 8 years and nothing has changed. I driving back up there to get my money back. I tried to call corporate office and the number isn’t answering calls and you can’t leave a voice mail. I called the store in piedmont and there not accepting calls. This is ridiculous, they should just shut the store down until they figure out how to get help and help that actually care. Sorry but true!

This place has become so bad I don’t recommend you or anyone you know eating there.Tge service was terrible.I sat in line ten minutes.I got to the window and the girl rudely closed the window in my face and didn’t even get my order after they asked me to drive around because she couldn’t understand me.Sge must have been high..She smarted off at me and raised her voice.I will never go back to that slow nasty place again.Its awful the last couple of times I went.Itried to give the benefit of a doubt but it’s no good there.Thw food wasn’t good either.

They open at 6am per the website. I was there at 630am. 2 cars in the parking lot. No one answered drive thru, no one could be seen in the building. Always an issue of sorts when we go here. Shut it down if folks aren’t going to be held accountable. Poor service.

I wish it was possible to leave no stars. This place is just not good. First off staff is rude, we were told we could not add a hash brown on to our order, the French toast sticks are hard and they give you half pieces. Oh and did you know they close from 11am-12pm to get ready for lunch? What fast food restaurant does this? I worked in fast food and we switched from breakfast to lunch while taking orders… It’s not hard high school kids can do it…. Let’s also talk about how their food is ALWAYS cold… This place needs new management and crew. Do better!

After having breakfast Friday morning, had the best breakfast platter than any Hardee’s I’ve been to! Cook hooked it up, was nice and very friendly. All other Hardee’s suck compared to this one. Here’s an update September 8th. They were serving breakfast when I pulled up to see if they were selling food. Before that I was skeptical and anticipating the unnecessary drive to QT afterwards. But like I said earlier they were serving food. 🙂 although it did take some time to order and to receive my food, I am okay with that. At least I didn’t have to make a drive out of the way for breakfast. It seems like there was only one worker there this morning. She did an awesome job, and it seemed like she was managing pretty well. I am giving back a star because other than her being by herself and it took longer than it should, the food was good, and she was courteous and friendly. Plus as I mentioned before I did not have to drive out of my way to get breakfast while my husband waited on me so he could go to work. I will update and add another star next time as long as they are selling food, the food quality hasn’t changed, and are courteous and kind.
