Food is ok, nice young men at the counter when I go in. HOWEVER, the remodel is a DISASTER. They used to have this cool platform and tree in the center, it was very cozy for a fast food place. In a matter of weeks, they transformed it into an ugly, cold space that looks like any bargain basement, cheap, local dive, the kind you’d find in a bad part of town. So, they managed that, but then they’re insisting that they still play music over the speakers, which are more grating static than anything else. Never eating here again, it’s just depressing.

Went to get lunch for our office and found out they’re no longer going to have jalapeno poppers!!! This is the biggest reason I like Arby’s. I ordered mac n cheese and was told they didn’t have it. Very disappointed! The lady at the window was not friendly at all I will go somewhere else next time. Smaller shakes for the same price, no poppers, no mac n cheese, Arby’s you have lost a customer!!! Why are places always trying to fix what is not broken?!

To get this review from me you’ve earned it. Today we decided to visit this Arby’s and grab a deli sandwich. As soon as it was our turn to order we were greeted with the rudest person woman ever of “welcome to Arby’s what do you want” with an awful tone but then when we asked if they had chicken salad sandwich they said no you can come back tmrw. So then we gathered ourselves to try and figure out what we wanted and I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap. This wrap had chicken smothered in Buffalo sauce excessively the wrap was dipped in half and lettuce was the only thing other than the chicken. Overall I like Arby’s and I don’t eat fast food often. This reminds me why, and is a clear example why the woman working in fast food is exactly why she is.

Ok I have reviewed this place before but I have had to decrease its rating. So first a bit of myself. I am battling cancer and weight loss due to it. I have to take in 2500 calories to maintain my weight and I have a hard time eating harder foods. It was recommended that I drink lots of shakes. At least 1 a day if possible by the Dr. Arbys has been my goto for shakes as their shakes is the largest for a fast food place and it does taste amazing. As of Monday March 27th I am told Arby’s has gotten rid of the large shake and the large is now the medium at the large price of $4.39. It is now the same size as McDonald’s LG but costs more. Their old large was over 1000 calories and most of what I needed for my daily intake. My boost and ensure I drink are only 350 calories a piece.

got to window and my reuben sandwich was already ready. and this was a superb sandwich. from ordering, paying and getting my food then leaving took maybe 3 minutes max. was incredible how fast the service is here.

The food was descent and made correctly, which was a first for this location. We ordered tea but there was no tea and staff didn’t acknowledge this. Unfortunately the lobby and dining area was not clean. Every table was dirty, food and/or trash on tables and chairs. The lobby area floor appeared grungy and dirty. The drink station was stocked but was also unclean. Was also disappointed that the ketchup contained high fructose corn syrup and there was no drink option that didn’t have it either.

Tried the new Philly, meh, not good not horrible but expensive and the long hamburger bun is a poor choice for sure. That’s a corporate error but Fries were cold and old. Second underwhelming experience at this location. Husband loves the shakes but sadly we won’t be ordering food again.
