Pizza is always fresh and delicious, but customer service needs improvement. I know Friday nights are busy, but there were several employees there and not a single one acknowledged the customers waiting to be helped. I am totally fine with waiting, but a simple “be right with you” would’ve been nice. The employee helping me with my transaction seemed annoyed with having to help the line.

You know what you’re gonna get, this is dominos, if that was all I had to say they’d be getting a 3 star review. I like the pizza, but it’s nothing mind-blowing. They earned a 5 star review with how well they handled it when they mixed up my order. I got home from picking up my pizza and realized it was incorrect, called the store right up and they sent over a correct pizza as soon as they could. And everyone I dealt with was so nice about it too. Well done domino’s

I normally don’t put reviews in but I was really disappointed in my experience. I ordered the pizza online and when I got to the store they had the order right on my receipt but the pizzas were completely different kinds. (Got a chicken pizza and they gave me Hawaiian) when I told them they got the order wrong they couldn’t find my order and threw the new order in to start. They told me they would let me know when they were done. I sat in the store for 20 minutes and finally went up to ask how long it would take. The girl was super rude and told me they had been completed a while ago. It left me pretty upset with the experience especially cause I was super understanding and patient with the workers.
