3rd time ordering from this Moe’s via door dash and all 3 times food was missing. Didn’t leave a review after the first 2 times because mistakes happen but tonight our order was short food again. Staff needs to be retrained in double checking orders before they send it out.

This is the third time I came to this restaurant and paid 13 dollars for food that’s dry all of the food always look OLD , and around the counter It’s never clean and where the people are allowed to sit are never clean either . The hospitality is awful And very off the employees and including the manager act like they don’t wanna be there .. and for $13 u could put alil more foood not asking to fill it to the top but make it worth it . I wouldn’t feed somebody I wouldn’t eat myself. This place is off and whoever in owns this site of southwest is not doing a good job ..

Charged me twice for an order and would not refund me until the transaction went through. Then when I came back to show it had charged me twice, the manager wasn’t even there to resolve the charges. Super disappointing and won’t be returning.

Was told “toilets didn’t flush” at 8:20PM despite watching multiple customers use the restroom. Extremely disappointing considering this was nowhere near close time, just laziness by the staff to a paying customer. Will never return.

Do not go to this restaurant unless you want to wait in line for over an hour. We waited an hour and a half and when we finally got to the front of the line we were told they were out of everything and needed to restock. We honestly lost our appetite after getting to the front and seeing the mess all over the counter. It seemed really unsanitary. After waiting another 20 minutes when we were told they were “restocking”, we walked out. The workers do not care about making the line move fast and seemed extremely overwhelmed.

1) This restaurant is beyond unclean. If you go for dinner, the tables are still ALL still dirty from lunch. The floor is sticky everywhere. There was a large spill/leak coming out of the drink machine and someone had only put a caution sign on it and was making no effort to clean the spill despite the fact that the restaurant was empty.

Moe’s in downtown Clemson is a major waste of time and money. First time going ordered about 8 tacos and each had nearly nothing in it. So glad my girlfriend and I sat down to look at the food before leaving. When presenting the tacos to the guy who made it he said it must’ve been someone else’s order. For reference, one had a single piece of chicken on it, another had a pickled jalapeño, and one had nothing but beans on it. I cannot truthfully make this up. It was late and we were the only customers inside the restaurant at the time…Now here for my second visit and ordered online only to wait an hour after the scheduled pick up time to get food, and this only after asking where the 2 burritos I and my girlfriend ordered were. Staff went through nearly three huge lines of people (reaching past the main door) before we received our food. Got it and got completely ripped off. Missing items and barely any chicken or rice for each burrito. Ridiculous. It does not take an hour to make two burritos. If you order online be prepared to wait way longer than the predicted pick up time. Also the quality is much lower when you order online. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Trash was over flowing. Salsa bar was empty. The main food bar was almost out. Got less than a scoop of steak and sour cream was at the end and was watery. I love Moe’s, but this one is awful.
