Edible food, but not necessarily to my liking the rice was overcooked, and mushy, burrito wasn’t rolled correctly and ingredients were all over and spilled out. That being said the service was attentive and polite and warm though. I’d definitely try again but not too soon.

Friendly staff at this location with fast service. $16 for a quesadilla plate and a drink. The quesadilla plate comes with rice, beans and condiments. Although the steak in the quesadilla was a bit dry. Self serve drinks with free refills. The interior is clean. Plenty of parking available.

Burrito didn’t even deserve a photo. I must have had more pico then rice on my burrito steak was cold hard and tough and there was barely any. The entire 1st half of my burrito was packed full of pico. $16.78 most expensive soda I’ve ever paid for burrito was disgusting keep my money I won’t be back. No way this place is 4 stars doesn’t even beat out the horrible freebirds in Sugarland.

They change management at least 3 times over the last 2 years This place has went down since then keep getting new managers they don’t speak English they have employees they don’t give a care . This place is Dirty nobody seems to clean anymore. There always out of chicken by 630.This is why I will never go back to this location again.gave them too many trys and you have to tell them to change glove after taking money before making food .smh

First time here. Between 4 orders at 55$ was ok then when the lady was inputting the order she said no guacamole I was like dang, then no frozen lemonade, dang then no chips for the dip wow I wasn’t able to truly get a full Bullritos experience. Oh my daughter said no cookie hahah. Possibly still having issues getting supplies but I would go to HEB and get some stuff to fully satisfy customers all requests as times have changed you may have to adapt accordingly and make things just work I’m sure if your sales are increasing the franchise won’t care maybe!!

I used to come here a lot with my family, and it was one of those great places that’s was always busy in a good way. You knew that if you came here, you’d enjoy the food and the service. Now years later, they must have changed owners or got hit hard by COVID-19 closures, because the quality of everything overall has gone down. I remember when they first got that red Coca-Cola machine, it was popular and all the restaurants were getting them.
