This is the most disgusting place. Order pizza for grandkids and they were very unprofessional. The general manager is nasty good for nothing low magnets. Nothing like the commercial. We ordered the Big New Yorker that was advertised as 6 XL slices. Our pizza was far from that, very disappointed. I made the mistake of not looking at the pizza before leaving. Got home and opened box to a big joke. Never again, Pizza Hut is overrated.

READ and BELIEVE THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM HERE!!! My order was late plus the food was cold and poor quality at best. When I picked up the chicken/bacon ranch melt it started dripping back into the box like it was dunked in low-fat milk. I also paid for boneless chicken wings with garlic parm but they looked like naked wings because there was barely any sauce on them at all. This place used to be good but not anymore. Next time I’ll just cook at home.

We ordered 2 pan pizzas and breadsticks and everything was PERFECTLY cooked. Like best pizza we’ve had in a while. Like I almost called the store to give compliments to the chef (and the super quick delivery driver) but thought that might be taking it a little too far 🙂 honestly such a great crew!!!

Got everything I ordered but I ordered 2 melts ordered one chicken bacon and one Buffalo but I received two chicken bacon. Otherwise my orders have always been correct and also cut correctly. Thanks for my dinner like always it was very good. Hope to be able to try the Buffalo melt next time!

After an hour of waiting on my pizza to be delivered, I finally called the store to see what was going on. Was informed that the driver had gotten lost but the pizza would be delivered within 5 minutes. About 10 minutes later the driver finally appeared. This was what was in the box.

Yesterday I came at 10:15 and waited a while to order some pizzas for my staff. Door locked, no answer at my knocking. I assumed there was perhaps a small issue and made nothing of it. Today I showed up at 10, watched 2 staff members walk inside with drinks and watched them open the store up. They then retreated into the back and the door remained locked. I knocked a bit and then left after 10 minutes. I’m not sure what’s going on but management may want to address it.

I had forgotten to put my free cheese stix for my birthday I had available through the app on my delivery order. Called the location I placed the order at on Southside Blvd in Jacksonville FL. Man answered and I explained what I had done and he sa8d he couldn’t place the free item on my order due to it being on the app but what we could do is for me to go back on the app and place the order has a carryout for the cheese stix only and he would see it and just put it in with my delivery order. On top of that it was the best couple pizzas, hot wings, and cheese stix I’ve ever gotten from pizza hut! May sound silly but in today’s time with customer service for the most part being down the drain it was nice to have someone do something they didn’t have to do so I wanted to tell about it. Thank you!
