Everything was decent except the dude who looks like a girl and wears eye liner and lipstick. I get my burrito double wrapped on purpose so they can’t roll the burrito and keep eveything inside. Somehow he managed to roll a burrito with BOTH SIDES open. It looked like a taco and completely fell apart when i tried to eat it. Sucks to pay for something like that

I’m a long-time Chipotle fan. I ate my first burrito from Chipotle in 2001 and have eaten there nearly weekly since then. I still love the food, but I’ve had enough of them skimping on the meat while continuing to raise prices. The attached picture is my chicken burrito bowl with all of the chicken picked out and sitting in the foil lid. This was an online order, which was also supposed to include cheese. There was no cheese in my bowl. I’ve given this a chance several times but I’ve had it. Why can’t they get the online orders correct? Why can’t I get the same amount of meat that I get when I go through the line? I’ve had it. Fix it, Chipotle. You’re losing customers.

Terrible. Ordered food, got confirmation number but didn’t end up getting food for an hour after ordering. They didn’t seem to know how to communicate and make me wait in restaurant for over 40 minutes to find out they never got order, then have to go through the long line to place order!!!!

Every time I come back the amount I’m given is less and just asking for a normal amount of cheese this time got me a response “this is normal and if you want more it costs.” I was honesty shocked as the amount given is no where near normal at any chipotle I have eaten at.

I’ve worked at Chipotle in the past and generally know how it goes. Having gone to this one for years, I can say this is a new problem, but it’s been consistent 4 times in a row where I’ve ordered double meat and they do the first scoop as a half scoop and the second as a full.
