My husband got the Diane steak and they made vegetarian accommodations for me, a really tasty pasta! Their drinks are to die for- and our waiter, Douglas, was very thoughtful and gave us explanations for every meal! Amazing service because of him and the manager on duty that night! Highly recommend for any couple that enjoys live jazz, being romantic, and living the night up!

I was looking for a piano bar in Portland. I found Wilf’s. Even though it isn’t a piano bar, they offer live entertainment. Boy am I glad I found Wilf’s. My friend who happens to be a professional chef and I shared a magical evening. The food was great. We shared a Cesar salad and steak Diane, both prepared at our table, both delicious. The entertainment was delightful. Eating at the train station was so much fun. It felt like we had been transported to a different time, an overall 5 star evening. I’ll be back, that is for sure.

With a high price comes high expectation. Food was undeniably high quality, but, the room is starting to feel terribly dated. The big old wing-back chairs are terribly uncomfortable. They’re just plain worn out. Time for a refresh throughout. Staff was polite and attentive enough, but I just didn’t feel the kind of buzz and vibrancy I was hoping for.

Food was delicious. However, not worth the price. Service was fake. Forced tip included. Lady next to us had red wine spilled on her by the server. Forced out by time limit even though we had not received our bill. Will try again in a few months to see it we can revise. was not a good valentines dinner experience.

Me and my girlfriend were waiting for a bus home from Portland to Eugene after a flight from Texas. We were very tired and had some time before it came, we were both also pretty hungry at that point and the only place close by was Wilf’s. It seemed very fancy on the outside so we were a bit reluctant to go in, worried we might be told we needed a reservation or something. When we entered, the bright searing sun was immediately extinguished by the cool dark interior of the waiting room. As our eyes adjusted, we were met with a very excitable and welcoming staff which were very curious about how they could help us, we told them we had a bus to catch and we were hoping to get a quick bite beforehand. We were promptly seated in our own little throne chairs, overlooking the pleasant and classic interior. Our waiters had so much steez to every movement and thing they said and did, and were so eager to help us not just get us some good food but also make sure that we caught our bus on time. While we were waiting, we had an amazing live piano performance right in front of us which was so awesome. It was as if we stepped back in time to a long lost era. Just watching one of the waiters bring and mix a salad for one of the tables was so entertaining to watch. We really felt like we were in a movie or something! Haha.

Definitely a Jazz atmosphere. Proof of COVID vaccination required. Cover charge. Very dark inside. This is NOT a fast food restaurant. Caters to more elderly customers. They have a wine room. I was dressed in jeans and a blouse. The snobby waiter hardly acknowledge me. The bartender lady came over and took my order. The kake beet salad was ok. Guessing I didn’t fit his requirements. I won’t be going back.

I’ve been wanting to come here for years, but my train schedule never allowed me. Luckily for me, my train was delayed and I had the opportunity to plunk myself down at the bar for a mid-fall glass of pink wine and some deliciously warm bread to nosh on.

If you like vintage vibes only, then this is a place for you. Music was good, but they talked too long, and they took a break 30 min into their set. They also charge a $11 cover per person, so it was not worth the time. The food was just okay and overpriced.

The food was delicious and it has a fun ambiance. For the price, updating their old red chairs would be nice. I love the look, but you can tell they’ve seen much better days. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and would go again!
