While service is friendly, $4.30 for a shelf-stable pre-packaged scone is absurd (and disappointing*). Sausage bagel is Dunkin Donut-esque, not bad not great. Latte is massive but they put straws in (why??). I suspect people like this spot for big drinks and ice cream milkshakes! *I was perhaps too naïve assuming it’d be somewhat home-bake and regretted not going next door.

most of the time love the employees serving me. Though my hang up is the wait. Most of the time I come to white cup it take 20-30 minutes to get through a line of 2 cars. Then maybe around another 10-15 to get my order. Customer service is great tho.

Service is amazing! Unless you go on the weekend, then your 50% going to get the wrong drink or your hot coffee will be served cold let alone made correct. Week day girls are fantastic

They’ve added a lot of fun choices to the spritzer menu. First, you can have red Bull, monster, or lotus!! Also, you can add boba or GLITTER!!!! I’ve gone twice this week and asked for two surprise spritzers with glitter. Both times I got one strawberry and one grape, so maybe I’ll have to give them more flavor suggestions but the glitter is so fun I’ll forgive the lack of variety!!

Usually white cup is my favorite coffee shop in town. Today was horrific! The barista could not figure out how to use the machine to ring us up. So that was a 10 minute process. By that time she forgot what we ordered. She didn’t ask what we ordered again. But then began making our two drinks. She tried to hand us the first drink. This should of been a Mocha Frappuccino with an extra shot of expresso. She made an iced mocha. Then she hands out an iced latte. This was supposed to be an iced latte with half vanilla shot with extra shot of expresso. We hand both back. At this point, she just adds some vanilla to the latte without the extra shot. Remakes the mocha frap but, forgot to put the chocolate. Wow…sad. We just left after, I kid you not, half hour ordeal. Sorry, Kim, get rid of the elderly barista with a horrid memory.
