I ordered pizzas to be delivered at 6pm for my daughter’s birthday party. It arrived at noon. 6 hours early! When I called to ask what happened the “manager” Ethan said “it came across my screen, I made it. I didn’t see it was a plan ahead”. He didn’t offer to correct the mistake and literally laughed at me. I’ve ordered at Papa John’s in 7 different states and have never had a problem until now. 6 hours early, refusing to admit a mistake was made, and no resolution? That’s not a manager, that’s a kid playing in Daddy’s store. I’m leaving a message for Corporate as well.

Ordered my Pizza on line. And the Gentleman at the counter guided me through the on line ordering process. And helped me with the online ordering promotional code. Order was fresh and ready for me when I came. I even ordered Chicken poppers when I came there and they kept my other order warm while I waited for the poppers ! Sorry the photos won’t do it justice we ate the food before I could get a good picture. Everyone here at this location deserves a raise! Forward this review to Pappa John’s zone manager!

Ordered delivery for my family 2 large pizzas which both where not fully cooked. Called the store and had them remade just to get under cooked crust again. I showing the driver the dough and he insisted that it was cooked after looking at the raw dough. What a dispointment, will not ever order again. If they think they can sell raw pizza and have customers ok with that. That’s a big problem.

General manager Ethan Oller would not honor coupon when no expiration date is listed on coupon. He said can’t over ride the computer to give it to you when in the past they had to when their system was down. I asked to make a complaint and his response was that he’ll take my complaint about him and pass it on. I am not allowed to make my own complaint. The coupon apparently expired yesterday; if it would have been listed on coupon, would have ordered the $150 order early for our family’s Christmas.

After loosing my memory I couldn’t remember the taste or eating Papa John’s pizza . I ordered pizza in Salina ks and had it delivered. I got the red pepper packs but the pizza took an hour and fifteen or twenty to show up. It was good if I microwaved it but it would have been so much better hot. I tipped a few bucks just to be nice but I was very disappointed. I know I’d really like it if it was hot. So I intend to try again. This was a disappointing day because I’m sure I like pizza or did.
