I stopped by this Hardees with my family on the way to Indianapolis for food and restroom break. As we walked in we were being stared down by the employees and customers in the restaurant. As my mother placed her order the young cashier Skylore M was very rude. She was very agitated while taking our order and kept rolling her eyes. We order 2 big chicken sandwiches, 1 big chicken sandwich meal, and a small cheeseburger. As she packed the bag I notice only 2 chicken sandwiches being placed in the bag. We then told her that we order 3 big chicken sandwiches and she got upset. She then angrily went back to the cash register to charge us for another chicken sandwich. She then went to the cooking area to make more fries and began throwing them everywhere. The manager asked her is she was okay and she then said “no them people wanted another sandwich”. As we waited for the next sandwich I sat with the others to eat in the car. As we bit into the chicken and hamburger sandwiches they were all very spicy. So spicy that they were burning our mouths and they weren’t cooked. The fries were also not fresh. The service was extremely slow and they took longer to give us our orders compared to other people that was there. This is the worse experience I had at a fast food place and racism was very evident.

Terrible. The man working was nice. The food was terrible. They didn’t even have the thick patties so they pit the thin patties on our sandwiches and charged us for the thick patties. Also ordered onion rings for $4 and there were 5 rings in the order. So we bought almost $50 worth of food and received $18 worth of product.

Signs on the windows states that “Dining Room Open”, however, when you walk up to door, there’s a paper taped on it saying is closed, drive thru only. The drive thru line was extremely long, but surprisingly, it moved pretty quickly. Customer service was friendly and the food was fresh and delicious!

Ordered a breakfast platter after sitting in the line for 20-40 minutes and asked for fresh hash browns and did I get them,?…. No, they were cold nasty and greasy. Then I asked to order a small hash brown which was on the menu and I get to the window where the guy tried to charge me for a medium hash round and tells me they don’t have small and they needed to fix the menu board. I believe if it’s still on the board, they should honour the purchase of the item.
